About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our 3D printing team. You will be responsible for keeping our stock accurate, planning inventory levels, and supporting product purchasing.
Experience in the 3D printing industry is not required – training will be provided. However, experience in inventory / stock management is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Core (must-have) responsibilities:
Perform regular stocktake / inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
Record all stock movements (in & out) weekly and keep inventory systems up to date
Monitor stock levels, identify low-stock items and forecast inventory needs
Create and follow up purchase orders with suppliers
Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure products are available when needed
Maintain an organised, tidy storage area and labelling system
Optional / nice-to-have responsibilities (depending on your strengths):
If you have good aesthetic sense, assist with product selection (choosing designs, colours and display styles)
If you enjoy sales, you may also:
Support our Chatswood and Bondi display stores as a sales assistant
Help introduce 3D printed products and toys to customers
If you are skilled in data collection & analysis, help us improve:
Inventory forecasting
Best-selling product analysis
If you are familiar with social media, you can support content ideas for promoting new products and collections
Requirements
Must-have:
Strong attention to detail – this role requires a high level of accuracy
Responsible, reliable, and consistent – cannot frequently make mistakes with stock and numbers
Experience in inventory / stock control / warehouse admin is preferred
Basic computer skills (e.g. Excel / Google Sheets, inventory systems or willingness to learn)
Able to work on-site at Regents Park, NSW
Legal right to work in Australia
Nice-to-have (not required but a plus):
Previous experience in 3D printing, electronics, toys or retail
Good visual / design sense for product selection and display
Sales experience in retail or popup stores
Skills in data analysis, reporting or other related technical skills
Experience with social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
