Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in Tally, and a minimum of 1-1.5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the company’s financial accounts and transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Handle taxation, including GST and income tax filings.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Provide financial analysis and support to assist in decision-making.
• Utilize Tally software for accounting and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
• Investment Associate
• Qualification: CA is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 1- 1.5 years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally software is required.
• Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
• Work Schedule: Availability to work from the office between +:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
