Responsibilities
Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company profiles, industry studies, company focused discussion documents, CIMs, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, valuation models, studying & analysing different business & financial models
l Managing delivery and execution of projects including profiles, case studies, broker / operational benchmarking, target screening, competitive landscaping, potential buyer analysis, ownership analysis, etc.
l Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
l Conducting analysis and performing quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
l Demonstrate strength and flair in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment
Required Background
• MBA (Finance) / B.Com
• Experience of 4+ years of working on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting and related metrics for investment banks / asset managers.
• The candidate should possess good understanding of related concepts like PRI (principals of responsible investing), B-Corp, Taxonomies, Corporate Reporting Frameworks such as TCFD, SASB, GRI etc, ESG Thematic Topics, Sustainable Finance
• Prior experience of preparing detailed case studies, thematic research reports, SWOT analysis, Company Profiles, Summarizing on various topics, ESG Framework Analysis and peer benchmarking reports from scratch
• Assisting clients on preparation of ESG questionnaires, KPI identification and scoring, ESG framework integration, ESG Reports on thematic topics
• Good MS-PowerPoint skills (along with MS Excel capabilities)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Candidates with exposure to ESG related databases would be preferred (RepRisk, Sustainalytics, TruCost, Bloomberg, ESG
