· Tax planning
· Settling arguments/Paper Book for the hearing before CIT(A)/ITAT
· Attending the assessment proceedings.
· Ensure delivery of quality work & take day to day leadership of delivery of delivery team & make sure necessary compliances.
· Tax Litigation- Successfully defending litigations and assessments with robust documentation.
· Withholding Tax Implications- Advising on withholding tax implication
Education-
Should be Qualified CA
