The Investor Relations (IR) professional, manage communication between the company’s management and its shareholders, analysts, and our financial community.
Key responsibilities include creating earnings materials, managing investor meetings, communicating company performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to maintain a fair valuation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Financial Communication:
Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and the Management discussion & Analysis (MD&A) section of annual reports.
· Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact for institutional investors, buy/sell-side analysts, and retail investors to share company strategy.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and analyst sentiment, providing actionable feedback to senior management.
· Strategic Advisory: Advise executive management on investor perception, market reaction to strategic decisions (M&A, capital raises), and potential activist investor threats.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with regulations (e.g., SEC regulations).
Exceptionally good in Communication Skills
Strong hold over the English language, to be able to make necessary documents for this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with experience in finance, investment banking, or equity research. Good financial Literacy | Post Graduate | Masters | MBA: Strong ability to understand, analyse, and communicate financial statements, valuation models, and KPIs.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to distill complex financial information into a clear investment narrative.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a strong investment case for the company.
Pay: ₹870,000.00 - ₹1,420,000.00 per year
