Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Invoicing Specialist based in Vashi,Navi Mumbai. The Invoicing Specialist will manage the end-to-end billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and handle client billing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and sending invoices, maintaining records of billings and transactions, reconciling accounts, and communicating with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies. The specialist will also collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
• 1+ yrs of experience and proficiency in the invoicing and client billing.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
• Experience working with invoicing for B2B clients will be plus point.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
