Position: AWS OpenShift Engineer Lead/ Architect Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu /Remote with quarterly visit Duration: Full Time and Contract Budget: Open to discuss Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners/ Currently Serving Notice/ Notice is less than 45 days Relevant Experience : 8+ years Must have skills: OpenShift, ROSA and AWS Services Job Description: AWS Infrastructure and DevOps Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled AWS Infrastructure specialized with IaC and DevOps expertise in Red Hat OpenShift on AWS, solid experience in Single Sign-On (SSO). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building, automation, and managing cloud infrastructure while ensuring seamless integration and security. Key Responsibilities: AWS Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS infrastructure. Manage cloud resources effectively, ensuring optimal cost and performance. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible. Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA): Deploy, configure, and manage ROSA clusters to support containerized workloads. Optimize cluster performance and ensure high availability and security. Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration. DevOps Practices: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline. Automate routine tasks and deployments to enhance operational efficiency. IBM IPM Deployment: (Optional) Plan and execute the deployment of IBM Intelligent Performance Management (IPM) solutions. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM IPM environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with existing systems. Database Management: Moderate experience in managing databases like IBM DB2, and Oracle, including setup, maintenance, and optimization. Work closely with database administrators to ensure smooth data integration and performance. Qualifications and Skills: At least 5 years of experience in AWS Overall experience more than 10 years in Infrastructure Automation. Knowledge on Terraform & Ansible is must Experience in AWS infrastructure management and automation. Hands-on experience in ROSA & EKS deployment and management. Proficiency in SSO technologies including SAML and OIDC. Experience in Kubernetes Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies. Experience in setting up multiple environments in single cluster Preferred Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer science or equivalent Degree. Linux platform knowledge AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). Red Hat OpenShift certifications. Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. .
