• Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller.
• Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
• Responsible for working on the feedback received from the Team Leader, Group Leader, Quality Analyst or Trainer.
• Adhering to the compliance and policies set by the department. Skills and Work Experience required:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquettes
• Working knowledge of computers Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and direction.
• Adept at typing. Requirements
• Age: 30 Salary: Upto 25K Full Time, 10.8K
Part Time Education: 12th pass Experience: Fresher/Experienced Documents: 1- E Aadhaar card - (If Aadhaar number is not linked to mobile number then they should have UAN number) Please consider this as very important.
2- Bank Proof- Cancelled cheque or Pass book 3- 3 months Payslips/Bank statements of previous companies 4- Experience letter of previous companies (Reliving Letter/Exit Letter/Experience Letter/Resignation acceptance proof) 5- Education certificates (10th & 12th Mandatory) 6- Pan Card 7- Current Address proof of Mumbai (Aadhaar Backside/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ Gas Bill/ EB Bill/ Rental Agreement) 8- Vaccination certificate ????
