Bobae Coffee & Tea is not your typical café. As the first drink shop to nitro our teas, we’re driven by innovation, authenticity, and flavor. We craft creative drinks using real ingredients, locally-sourced dairy, and farm-to-straw teas. Each item on our rotating monthly menus is inspired by travel, culture, and meaningful memories. What This Role Looks Like:
Training begins at our location, where you’ll start as a Back-of-House Barista in Training. Within +0 days, you'll work toward becoming an On-Bar Barista. We believe that understanding our culture, flow, and standards from the ground up is key—regardless of prior experience.
We are seeking humble and dedicated individuals who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
Learn and master our core and seasonal drink menus
Prepare all drinks with quality, consistency, and care
Create memorable guest experiences—bonus if you remember names and favorite orders
Support your team across various roles and responsibilities
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and inventory
Participate in required trainings and ongoing development
Remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure

Requirements:
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
Open availability, including weekends (we are not hiring seasonal-only staff)
Willingness to start from foundational training
Valid WA Food Handler’s Card prior to first shift
Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
Shift & Job Type:
Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
Perks & Benefits:
Hourly wage plus tip pool (starting during FOH training)
Paid training at $16.66

Work Environment:
This is an in-store position located in Issaquah, where you will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced café environment. You should be prepared to stay on your feet for up to 10 hours, move frequently, and occasionally lift over 40 lbs.
