Shift Time : 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our recruitment team and help expand talent acquisition activity. This role gives an excellent opportunity for people to learn innovative sourcing techniques, intricacies of resume analysis, new technologies, modern presentation techniques, and recruitment management software.
Upon success in this role, the person will get elevated to a senior recruiter, team leader, and management role managing recruitment, growth planning, performance management, and training.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements for our clients.
• Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect analyze resumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates OR
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting.
• Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements mapping the relevant targets.
• Candidate should be target oriented
