Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor the functioning of personal computers and server systems, escalate issues which are unresolved
Respond to phone calls, messages and emails relating to system issues or hardware problems.
Implementing and maintaining the technological infrastructure of the organization
Oversee resources used to support users
Resolve technology issues as they arise
Ensures all applications and programs are maintained to the highest degree of security
Perform other clerical duties as needed
Participates in firm and departmental initiatives
Regular and timely attendance

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
1-3 years of related experience
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Networking Engineering, Information Technology OR 1-3 years of related experience
Ability to establish priorities and perform work in a timely manner
Current and valid driver’s license
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services or similar environment
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Position Type
This is a full-time position. Our standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additional hours and weekend hours will be required during peak busy seasons.
Travel
Travel is occasionally required.
Same-day travel for work meetings, and seminars which requires use of a personal vehicle.
Occasional out-of-town travel with overnight stay for meetings or seminars.
