Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the automation and digitalization of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance employee experience, and optimize HR outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR technology, process automation, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex IT projects in the HR domain.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR technology, process automation, or digital transformation within the IT industry.
• Extensive knowledge of HR systems, tools, and platforms, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management software, and employee self-service portals.
• Proven experience in successfully leading complex IT projects in the HR domain, including system implementations and process automation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow design, and automation using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow management systems, or other automation platforms.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, data management, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle
