Job Description
· Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
· Maintenance of company assets and inventory.
· Provide technical support for network, hardware and software issues.
· Manage the configuration and operation of accounts, license and services.
· Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to server security or usability concerns.
· Create and verify backups of data.
· Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
· Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
· Review application logs.
· Install and test computer-related equipment.
· Purchase licenses and vendor negotiation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
· 2-3 years of work experience in System and Infra Administration.
· Graduate degree in related field.
· Extensive experience with VMware.
· Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
· Basic understanding of AWS Network and server services.
· Upfront at vendor listing and resolving issues.
