Job Description
This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure laptops and workstations for new joiners;
Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues (Windows, MS Office, connectivity, etc.);
Troubleshoot network;
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories;
Coordinate with external IT service providers when needed;
Support remote users and assist with video conferencing tools;
Ensure compliance with basic IT security and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role;
Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts;
Exposure to AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT) and ability to support their adoption within the team;
Ability to learn and manage AI-based platforms and automation tools;
Good organizational and time-management skills;
Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Mumbai.
