Job Description
You will set the strategic direction for IT, manage vendors, challenge cost structures, and ensure the business receives high-performing, reliable, secure systems every day.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You are a hands-on IT leader who thrives in a fast-moving operational environment. You’re confident working autonomously, supporting users directly, and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the future of technology across the business.
You bring extensive experience within a medium-sized enterprise, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes. You enjoy improving systems, strengthening cyber controls, and delivering projects that make a real operational impact.
You will also:
Manage relationships with MSPs, telecommunications partners, software vendors and suppliers.
Own all hardware/software procurement, licensing, mobility devices and equipment lifecycle management.
Lead and deliver IT projects including ERP improvements, Microsoft 365 enhancements, SharePoint development and automation initiatives.
Maintain system availability, ensure ITIL-aligned change controls, and support the business during planned downtime or after-hours when required.
Drive cybersecurity uplift — monitoring risk, improving controls, and ensuring compliance across all business locations.
Provide cross-functional support to teams including onboarding/offboarding, process improvements and ongoing training.
Build trust and strong working relationships across the organisation and be seen as the “go to” person for all things technology.
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
