IT Operations Lead
Let’s talk about the opportunity
The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Technology (IT) services across the Commission, including but not limited to co-ordination of IT staff resources and to ensure all IT services are available, supportable, appropriately licensed, and maintainable.
This is a permanent, full-time/part-time position.
Annual salary is $165,852 to $180,454, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%).

Essential requirements
Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements:
Demonstrated experience in IT service management and managing Microsoft operating systems and systems management technologies, including Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
Expertise in IT security, network, storage, operating systems, cyber security controls, policies and standards, Audio Visual (AV) services and related IT services infrastructure.
Well developed written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to balance and deliver competing priorities and multiple tasks effectively by leveraging technical specialist capabilities via coaching, mentoring and leadership.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
