Job Title: IT Operation /Hardware Manager
Location: Jaipur
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years
Salary:30-40k
JOB ROLE: Need a full time IT Operation / Hardware Manager who can oversee our company's hardware, software and computer networks .
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Good skills in SQL, servers, OS etc.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Running regular checks on network and data security.
• Maintaining the IT infra of the company.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Designing training programs and workshops for staff.
• Conducting regular system audits.
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
