The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment
The ideal candidate shall work for various client requirements.
Job Description:
Must have excellent sourcing skill, screening the profiles, finding suitable candidate for client requirements.
Should be a go getter, must be capable of handling all kind of IT related JDs
Must have ability to get Sure shot selects and excellent skills in interacting with the candidate on call.
Effectively Use Job Portals/ Networking & Referrals Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn and other professional websites/portals, all kind of online platform for recruitment.
Understand Resource Requirements Work proactively on end-to-end recruitment for hiring for our Clients by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
Manage Resource Talent Pool Source candidates through networking
Hands on experience in job postings, mass mailing, coordination with clients and candidates.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Create and maintain productive relationships, and influence candidates to develop candidate interest on available positions and client company
Good/professional rapport/follow ups with clients and candidates. Constant update of current subject knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for the multiple clients assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads
