Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements in different teams and domains
Create / update job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the exact requirements for each position
Source applicants through channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks
Candidate screening - Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan and execute selection & interview processes - including Assessments, Tasks, Tech interviews and Project Manager interviews
Maintain records of all material used for Recruitment - Task Repository, Feedback Forms, Resumes, Assignments submitted and Interview feedback
Discuss with shortlisted candidates on final CTC and Notice period, for offer release and closure
Support with administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges to management.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements).
Proven experience (2 Years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT/software industry.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
