Position Overview:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for IT positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary goal will be to ensure a consistent pipeline of skilled IT professionals to support the company's technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand IT staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Identify potential sources for talent acquisition, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job portals, resume databases, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and perform initial assessments to shortlist candidates. Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide necessary information to candidates regarding interview logistics, expectations, and follow-up procedures.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
