Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred but not required.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience:
• Freshers Welcome: Entry-level candidates with a keen interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in recruitment or HR, particularly within the IT sector, is advantageous.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be offered based on business needs.
