Responsibilities
• Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.
• Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer).
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ boolean search on job portals
• Effective convincing / negotiation skills.
• Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
• Having prior 3-6 months of internship experience in consultancy/IT company will be preferred.
• Candidates should have good communication skill.
• Candidates should have done certification from any of the institution
