Job Description
We are looking for IT Recruiter who can join as immediately. The candidate should be having experience in sourcing profiles with Microsoft Technologies for 1 - 3 years.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats(e.g. phone, Skype/Zoom and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. job portal, social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Understanding and analysing the requirement for different levels.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Maintaining and managing employee attendance.
Handling Joining and Separation activities.
Handling Probation and Confirmation activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Profile:
Have experience of recruitment portals.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Can work independently as well as in team.
Preference - IT Industry experience.
Skillsets worked on Microsoft Technologies will be preferred.
Education:-
UG: BBA
PG: MBA or any Management studies.
Experience: 1 -3 years
