Job Description: -
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team to drive sales for our software applications development and maintenance projects in the Indian and US markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the Indian and US markets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Present software applications development and maintenance projects to potential clients and demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to create and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements in the software applications development and maintenance space.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on software applications development and maintenance projects.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹10,140.10 - ₹20,1+7.20 per month
