Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in IT sales or a related role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Working Hours & Days
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Daily Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: In-office (Lucknow)
Compensation & Probation
Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining.
