Designation: IT Sales Specialist Location: Gurgaon Salary: up to 8 LPA Working: 5 Days Experience: 4-5 years Role and Responsibilities: -Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who may benefit from our IT services, including Unified Device Management, Compliance Automation, Identity and Access Management, Network monitoring System, EndPoint Security, and VAPT and Risk Management. -Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to effectively position our services. -Solution Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to their specific requirements. -Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. -Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility. -Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and competitive intelligence. Skills Required: -Sales and Business Development: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, preferably in IT services. -Technical Knowledge is a plus. -Negotiation: Effective negotiation and deal-closing abilities. -Team Player: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve sales strategies. -Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and technologies
