Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technology needs effectively
Provide basic computer, printer, and network maintenance
Maintain email services and document issues promptly
Ensure virus protection is up to date
Install and update maintenance software
Maintain assets for managed reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to manage change and resolve complex issues
Knowledge of Windows OS and basic security maintenance
Able to learn and use a ticket-based Help-Desk System
