About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team as a System Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of systems, networks, and cloud services.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support our organization's technology needs.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for user identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and access control.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems.
• Configure and maintain VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access for employees.
• Support and administer Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
• Implement and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions to enhance security posture.
• Administer KnowBe4 platform (or similar) to deliver security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
