We’re looking for an IT Systems Specialist to join our Operations team on a 12-month contract, playing a key role in supporting our growing team. This is a hands-on role that blends IT support, SaaS and device management and security best practice. Ideal for someone who loves solving problems, supporting people and making sure the tech they rely on works smoothly every day.
Working closely with our Workplace Technology Lead, you’ll help manage and optimise our SaaS ecosystem, support team members across the business and ensure our hardware, systems and security processes are running smoothly as we continue to scale.
What you will do
Onboard, configure and maintain SaaS applications across the business
Provide friendly, responsive IT support to our global team
Create and maintain documentation, user guides and internal IT processes
Manage Google Workspace configuration and user access
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve SaaS and device-related issues
Support SaaS migrations and system improvements
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
Procure, provision and ship devices for new starters and existing staff
Manage device returns and repairs during offboarding
Track and remediate issues identified by endpoint management tools
Assist with security and data privacy requirements, including training and usage reporting
Handle SaaS invoices, receipts and licensing administration
Support the wider Operations team with ad-hoc IT projects as needed
About you
1–3 years experience in IT support, help desk or systems administration
Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
Hands on experience supporting end users (Level 1–2), including triage and escalation
Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience onboarding users, managing access and basic system configuration
Exposure to IT asset management (device provisioning, tracking, offboarding)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
Clear, friendly communication style with the ability to support non-technical users
Experience with MDM tools such as JAMF or Intune (desirable)
Exposure to SaaS migrations, endpoint management or security processes (desirable)
