The Role

The IT & Trust Engineer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for the implementation, management, and automation of our company's technology infrastructure. This role is a key driver of efficiency, security, and cost management, directly impacting all teams within the organization. You will build and maintain an automated and secure environment while empowering other teams to leverage new AI tools and streamlined workflows to improve their own productivity.


Your Influence

Automation & Enablement: You will act as a force multiplier by researching, piloting, and deploying new AI tools and automation scripts to enhance productivity across the entire company.
Security & Compliance: You will implement and manage the technical controls required for security and compliance frameworks, managing IAM systems and assisting in vulnerability management.
Operational Efficiency: You will directly impact company-wide efficiency by automating manual IT processes like onboarding and access requests, reducing friction and increasing speed.
Cost Management: You will actively monitor and optimize our cloud (AWS) and SaaS spend, implementing technical cost-saving measures to ensure financial responsibility.
Quality & Reliability: You will partner with our engineering organization to establish QA processes and manage the core IT infrastructure, ensuring high reliability of our internal systems.


Your Experience

Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar.), and infrastructure-as-code tools.
A strong passion for automating everything and a proven track record of eliminating manual, repetitive work.
Interest, and experience, in utilizing large language models to automate and streamline business processes.
A solid understanding of security principles (IAM, network security, endpoint protection) and familiarity with common compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a wide range of systems and technologies.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train non-technical users and partner with other departments.
