IMMEDIATE HIRING “ITALIAN Speaking Support Worker” & "GREEK Speaking Support Worker"
Home Caring, a NDIS and home package registered provider, dedicated to offering comprehensive and compassionate care in disability, aged care, and dementia care, as well as helpful support services, to all clients who come to rely on us.
We are looking for responsible, responsive and committed Community Support Workers on a casual basis based in Preston, Cobury, Brunswick, Thornbury, Ivanhoe, Fitzroy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to clients in areas such as personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport activity and meal preparation.
Assists clients, to maintain and increase their independence and assist them to live as valued and participating members of the community.
1. Provide a high quality and timely care support to all clients as directed by Home Caring
2. Document service activities that support service outcomes
3. Assist clients in carrying out all self-care tasks or perrsonal care or community & social access as requested
5. Providing services in culturally appropriate manner
6. Ensure relevant food handling regulations are adhered to and Work Health and Safety (WH&S) standards are met when providing meal preparation services
REQUIREMENTS
· A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards clients
· Completed Certificate III Aged care/Individual support or Certificate IV Disabiity support
Students doing Study in Certificate III Aged Care/Community support or Certicate IV Disability Support
· Flexible schedule
· Current Driver's License
· Current Police Check
· Working With Children Check
