Essential Job Functions:
• Genesys
• Overall 4-6 yr experience
• Past experience of IVR testing is required
• Cyara automation tool experience will be added advantage
• Ability to create comprehensive Test Cases
• Analytical Skills and Testing proficiency
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Software Testing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Certifications in software testing are a plus
