We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage and execute various financial tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance in the context of GST, eBay billing, E-Invoicing, TDS, and payments.
Responsibilities:
GST Management:
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and keep abreast of any changes in GST laws.
• Reconcile GST records with financial statements.
eBay Billing:
• Maintain records of all eBay transactions.
• Verify and reconcile eBay bills with sales and purchases.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with eBay representatives when necessary.
E-Invoice Processing:
• Handle the generation and management of e-invoices as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and legality of e-invoices.
• Keep records of all e-invoices and related documentation.
TDS Compliance:
• Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable laws.
• Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time.
• Resolve TDS-related issues and inquiries.
Payment Processing:
• Manage the processing of payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Reconcile payments with invoices and maintain payment records.
• Ensure payments are made in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide financial data and reports as needed for audits and compliance purposes.
Compliance Monitoring:
• Stay updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
