Spoke HRS Permament Role
Associates in HRS-Spoke role holds generalist position with following deliverables unless explicitly
stated about the role assigned
Skill Set
Recruitment &
Selection
Interview coordination for M&SS, GA, TLT with HRBP
Feedback of the interview should be shared to HRS Recruitment Team
Selected candidates pay slips and Increment letter or Offer letter should be
sent to HRBP for offer roll out
Raise a ticket for Hiring action
Raise a ticket for ID Badge once the employee number is created
Raise a ticket for NTID Creation
Onboarding
BGV has to be started once the candidate accepts the offer
Schedule Medical check up before the candidate onboarding
On the day of joining documentation has to be done
Send the Introduction Mail to all and keep inform HRBP's
Training and Development
Coordinate with training team and HRS training team to support
on the day training activities
Collect the feedback forms and attendance from the training team and send it to
HRS Training team for their records
Vendor bills has to be cleared by taking the Training Manager
signature and then submit to the CTG dept.
Qualifications
Post graduate in MSW or MBA
Additional Information
• Minimum 3- 5 years of work experience in HR Process
• Expertise in MS excel and PowerPoint for data analysis / reporting
• Post graduate in MSW or MBA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Overview on talent engagement activities
• Female candidates preferred
• Work location Bangalore
