Job Description
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Training / industry after graduation.
Combination of Academia and Industry Experience is preferable.
• Responsibilities:
- Delivering course curriculum in classroom and/or online, which includes ensuring student awareness of course objectives, approach and evaluation techniques and planning lectures pertaining to core aspects of discipline with industrial relevance.
- Developing e-learning content for the LMS incorporating technology into the learning process.
- Encouraging students to actively participate throughout the class, field activity and on job training/apprenticeships.
- Assisting in assessing the skill gaps among students and align interventions for upgradation from time to time.
- Facilitate, evaluate and monitor the students’ performance during field project, awareness programs, and On Job Training at Industry.
- Supporting in establishing/ designing labs/ workshops and conducting lab sessions in consultation with prestigious Industry/ Knowledge Partners, R&D centers.
• Key Competencies:
Have a good command in Japanese language with a minimum of N3/N2 certification
Excellent communication Skills.
Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skill.
• Eligibility (Certification) Criteria:
Japanese Language Trainer [N3/N2]
• Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per yea
