Reporting to: GM HR
Role:
1) Being a partner to the business and being a part of critical meetings and activations
2) Handling and managing the employee documentation process
3) Conducting the induction and orientation program
4) Looking after the smooth on-boarding process
5) conducting employee one on one and skip level meetings
6) attrition analysis, retention strategies, exit interviews.
7) Conducting various engagement initiatives
8) Preparation of various HR MIS
Working days: 6 days
