Job Track Description
Sr Manager - Java
• Strong experience in designing and implementing solutions using technology stacks in J2EE space – Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Jersey, Angular, JSP etc.
• Ability to map business requirements to solution components and vice-versa using industry standards
• Ability to analyze new trends and innovations in modernization space.
• Provides technical guidance and support during the development phase of a project and ensure project delivery.
• Good experience of Microservices, REST APIs, DevOps, docker containers & Kubernetes orchestrations is desirable.
• Provide technical guidance, reviews and analyzes change requests to determine the scope of work and estimate the level of effort for application changes.
• Responsible for leading, upskilling, staffing, career progression, hiring and building team of best talent, inculcate culture of innovation and growth.
• Strong Leadership, analytical, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• IT experience in leading high performing Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams.
• Track and evaluate the delivery metrics of the product teams within the engagement and drive continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realization.
• Contribute to the development of the Agile Project Management Domain and community through training/mentoring others, knowledge sharing, and leveraging of best practices.
• Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to multi-task across multiple engagements
