Work closely with design, gemstone, and jewelry production teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches and timely shipments.
Product Offering and Pricing:-
Identify unique, high-quality designs that align with customer preferences and offer them to buyers to secure orders.
Should have a good knowledge of gemstone & Diamond pricing, Quality, and costing of Jewellery products.
Buyer & Customer Relationship Management:-
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and customers to secure orders, increase business, and resolve complaints promptly
Provide timely updates and reports & reply to queries from buyers promptly.
Address quality or supply issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and continuous supply.
Sales and Margin Optimization:-
Set and track sales targets, managing product pricing to achieve profitability goals.
Analyse product performance data to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and maximize profit margins.
Trend Analysis and Forecasting:-
Analyse global jewelry and gemstone trends to ensure the product range is aligned with market demand.
Use data and trend forecasting to guide purchasing decisions and to plan for future collections.
Inventory Management:-
Use the existing diamond & gemstone inventory to create unique products and effectively use existing inventory.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of fast-selling items.
Market and Competitor Analysis:-
Regularly conduct market research to understand competitors' offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Adapt merchandising strategies based on insights to stay competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
Customer Insights and Feedback Integration ( VOC ) :-
Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand product reception and areas for improvement.
Adjust sourcing and merchandising decisions based on insights to better meet customer expectations.
