The ideal candidate must have prior experience in selling high-end jewellery, particularly Polki, Kundan Jadau, and Lab-Grown Diamonds. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, understanding client preferences, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their needs and preferences
Demonstrate deep product knowledge in Polki, Kundan Jadau, and Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom
Stay updated on market trends, product features, and pricing
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism
Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery sales (Polki, Kundan Jadau, Lab-Grown Diamonds preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and persuasive selling skills
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Willingness to work in a showroom-based retail environment
