Position: Jewelry Caster
Location: Shastri Nagar, Jaipur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Caster to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in casting precious metals and creating high-quality jewelry components. You will be responsible for preparing molds, melting metals, pouring molten metal into molds, and finishing cast pieces to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain casting equipment and molds.
Melt metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and other alloys using appropriate methods.
Pour molten metal into molds accurately and safely.
Monitor the casting process and make adjustments as needed.
Clean, polish, and finish cast jewelry pieces.
Inspect cast items for defects or imperfections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with jewelers, designers, and production team to meet production deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance on casting machines and tools.
Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a jewelry caster or in metal casting.
Knowledge of various casting techniques (e.g., lost wax casting, centrifugal casting).
Ability to work with precious metals and alloys.
Attention to detail and precision in work.
Familiarity with safety standards related to metal casting.
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Ability to read technical drawings and jewelry specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in jewelry making or metallurgy is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Work may involve exposure to heat, molten metals, and chemicals.
Standing for long periods and use of protective gear is required.
Work environment may include workshop or manufacturing settings.
