Job Description
Jindal Steel is looking for a sharp, organised, and idea-driven communications professional to support internal communications at the corporate level and help strengthen the company's social media voice.
You'll work closely with senior team members, business units, and plant communication teams to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to how Jindal
Steel communicates with its people. You'll also contribute to social media content that highlights the company's culture, achievements, and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication Support:
- Contribute to corporate-level internal communication plans and ensure alignment across plants and offices.
- Translate leadership messages into clear, engaging content for employees.
- Maintain communication calendars and support organisation-wide initiatives such as culture programs, HR drives, safety communication, and leadership updates.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work with Corporate HR, CSR, Safety, Admin, and plant teams to identify communication needs and provide timely support.
- Assist in planning and executing leadership forums, town halls, and internal campaigns.
- Coordinate with plant communication teams to maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Content, Campaigns, and Storytelling:
- Draft content for emailers, intranet stories, newsletters, leadership notes, videos, and internal branding assets.
- Support campaign development-from brainstorming and scripting to coordinating creative production.
- Manage agency partners, designers, and AV teams to deliver communication assets on time.
Branding & Visual Identity:
- Ensure internal branding materials follow Jindal Steel's guidelines.
- Support the development of templates, decks, event branding, and digital display content.
Social Media & External Content:
- Work with the digital team to develop posts, scripts, captions, and ideas that bring out Jindal Steel's culture and achievements.
- Identify stories from plants and offices that can strengthen employer branding.
- Support leadership content and cross-functional social media initiatives.
