Job Description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5 - + years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Should have exposure to Employee life cycle management .
• Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
• Coordinate and facilitate the employee transfer and deputation processes.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, transfers, and deputations.
• Ensure all HR processes related to attendance, transfer, and deputation are documented and compliant with company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Work closely with other HR team members to ensure a seamless HR operation.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR processes and updates.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
