Job Description
We are working with a highly respected, design-led architecture and design-build studio seeking a Job Captain to join their growing team. The practice is internationally recognized for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects, often set within sensitive landscapes and crafted with a strong emphasis on materials, detail, and construction quality.
This is a unique opportunity to work on bespoke, design-driven homes for high-profile clients, where architecture, interiors, and construction are seamlessly integrated into a single, highly collaborative process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project coordination across all phases, from design development through construction documentation and administration
• Produce and oversee high-quality drawing packages with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
• Support project delivery on complex custom residential projects
• Ensure design intent is maintained through technical documentation and construction
Requirements
• 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture
• Strong background in high-end single-family residential projects
• Proven experience delivering projects through DD, CD, and CA phases
• Proficiency in Revit (additional software skills beneficial)
• Strong understanding of detailing, materials, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
