• Prepare various viennoiserie items, such as croissants, brioches, and sourdough breads.
• Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and presentation.
• Manage dough fermentation, lamination, and baking.
• Maintain quality and presentation standards for all baked goods.
• Follow established recipes and develop new ones.
• Contribute to menu planning and development.
• Train junior staff, including Commis Chefs.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery kitchen.
