Job Description
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Shift Type: 3 PM – 12 AM
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate 8 to 10 Qualified Appointments in a month.
-Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication
-Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges
-Identify & Approach Key Decision-makers with the Prospects
-Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects
-Send 30 to 40 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers
-Make 30 to 40 Warm/Cold Calls to Qualify the Prospects
-Create an Email Template Library
-Send Linkedin Requests & In emails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success
-Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
-Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report
Requirements
-(1-3)+ Years of Experience in Staffing Industry & Tech Outsourcing Industry
-A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute
-Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background
-Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
-Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
-Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
-Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
-Excellent listening skills.
-Strong written communication skills.
-Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
-Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
-Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
-High level of integrity and work ethic.
-Experience with customer relationship management software.

Salary: ₹155,752.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
