Job Description
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoforming machines to produce high-quality parts.
Monitor production to meet quality standards; identify and resolve defects.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
Complete shift paperwork accurately and communicate job status during hand-offs.
Adhere to safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Troubleshoot production problems and collaborate with team members for solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
2+ year in manufacturing or a related field.
Mechanical aptitude; experience with thermoforming machinery; ability to read technical manuals.
Proficiency with manufacturing control systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Employment Details
Salary: $2+.00HR - $33.00HR
Benefits: 40 Hours weekly, Contract-to-Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
Other: 6-month contract with potential for extension or transition to a permanent position
