What is required to join NZTN?
Documents
Annual Practicing Certificate Current and valid professional registration and APC (if required for you to practice within your designated profession).
Indemnity Insurance Current and valid professional Indemnity Insurance
Police Vetting Clear NZPV report (we will submit an application during onboarding)
Children's Worker Safety Check Valid CWSC report (if you work with young adults 16y - 17y)
Technology
Computer equipment and connectivity to access and enter patient information into the Provider Portal
IOS device with a minimum of iOS 14.0 OR a desktop/laptop
Video camera and/or software via iPhone/iPad or desktop/laptop to conduct video conferencing exclusively on the NZTN platform
Compliance
Independent contractor agreement
Active "NZTN tier" Provider Portal account (this will be set up during onboarding)
Participate in required orientation and competency training
