• HR Ops -HRMS (Oracle/Fusion)
Experience: 5-+ years
Location: Pune
What's this role about?
HR Ops role with HRMS (Oracle/Fusion) & HRIS experience and should be able to Audit, manage Employee Personal.
Here's how you'll contribute:
• Experience in HRMS (Oracle/Fusion)
• Knowledge of HR Operations, work experience of Taleo will be added advantage.
• Good mail and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Excel, word, PPT is essential.
• How we’d like you to lead:
• Ensure all the data is updated in HRMS timely and correctly (across all location)
• Ensure all data in HRMS and its usage from HR Operation is as per GDPR and Personal data protection act (to be passed by parliament)
• Establish procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Manage Employee Personal records
• Manage Kleeto (Access controls, create alert for expired document etc.)
• Audits of personal files and ensure completion of documents in files
• Monitor end date of all sub-contractors and retainers
• Management of Absconded employees (Operational Part)
• Assist Compliance Manager in Compliance data and documentation
• Manage all dashboard and reports which are not configured in Power BI
• Give automation requirement for HRMS
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS
