Your Road to Success:
As an Automotive Technician at Summit GM, you'll be entrusted with the crucial task of performing general and specialized repairs and maintenance services on our customers' cars and light-duty trucks. Your passion for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving prowess will set you apart as a true automotive wizard.
Key Responsibilities:
Unleash Your Expertise: Diagnose and perform repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical components, steering, suspension, braking, and more.
Rev Up Warranty Repairs:
Ensure vehicles qualify for warranty coverage and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Precision Diagnosis:
Thoroughly examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service work needed and provide clear labor and time estimates to service advisors and customers.
Road-Test Warrior:
Put your skills to the test as you analyze components and systems using diagnostic tools, specialized equipment, and road tests when necessary.
Technical Track Record:
Maintain detailed reports on potential problems, work performed, and accurate repair estimates to uphold our reputation for quality service.
Qualifications that Fuel Success:
Licensed Automotive Service Technician: With at least 3 years of experience (dealership experience is an asset), you're ready to accelerate your career with us.
Automotive Aficionado:
Stay in the driver's seat with extensive, up-to-date knowledge of automobiles, diagnostic systems, automotive electronics, and repair needs.
