Earn $51/hour working a 9/80 schedule (every second Friday off).
This role supports plant maintenance operations involving rotating equipment and mechanical systems within an operating industrial facility. Millwrights will work alongside maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, safe operations, and minimal downtime.

What you get to do:
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
Install, align, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
Maintain and repair equipment such as pumps, conveyors, fans, tanks, and generators
Inspect machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues and equipment failures
Install and maintain power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and components
Support apprentices by providing guidance and mentorship
What we’re looking for:
Valid Alberta Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification
(Red Seal required if out-of-province)
Previous maintenance experience in an operating plant environment required
Experience working with rotating equipment and plant maintenance systems
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean driver’s abstract
Ability to work safely in an industrial plant environment
Adaptable and able to manage changing scopes of work
